The integration platform has been developed as an excellent tool for faster and effective implementation of integrating solution.

The platform is built on current standards such as web services (WS), remote procedure call (RPC), but also direct database access. It provides services, which are essential during implementation of highly reliable or very complex requirements. A typical example are assembled messages into batches, support for multiple state communication and guaranteed delivery, etc. ( technical specification)

The platform allows you to focus on WHAT you need to implement, because you need no longer to spend time on HOW to implement. Let's show few examples:

• Ordering system for Number Portability. The number portability process in the Czech Republic is defined by consortium APVTS. The complex process lasts for 15 days and comprehends of several types of messages, batches and other requirements, which make it challenging for implementation. Having the integration platform, the goal is achieved by a single request, and you do not have to worry about the communication itself.
• Services for corporate segment. Corporate customers usually have very specific requirements. They require the same services as retail customers, but on top of it, the services must be bundled together. The bundle differs from customer to customer, for example one needs 50 ADSL lines, 5 backup dial-up, server housing, administration of three domain names and mail accounts. Despite you have fully automated process of service ordering, you have to handle the order manually, because your system cannot control business and technical dependencies in between the services. With the integration platform you can easily set up provisioning order, dependencies, parallelism etc. Any bundle can be sent to the integration platform and it takes care of the order fulfillment. As a result you can offer the bundles to everyone, not just to the corporate segment.
• Critical integration. Although all your processes are automated and you use the cutting edge SOA architecture, sometimes an order gets lost. For example it can happen, that a client sends a request to a server, the server processes the order successfully and returns OK. Meanwhile the client times-out, rollbacks the transaction and inconsistency occur. With the integration platform we deliver know how, which guarantees 100% order delivery.

Some processes are common for multiple operators. They are implemented, tested and are ready to be deployed.
